Survivors of workplace sexual harassment and abuse deserve to be heard, seen, and believed. They and all New Yorkers deserve a workplace environment that is safe from sexual misconduct. It is imperative for the NYS Assembly to act swiftly and forcefully based on the findings of the AG’s reports. Safe Horizon implores Assembly Speaker Heastie to prioritize survivors and their right to justice, which is long overdue.
