Mary Beth Marshall
Board of Directors, Safe Horizon
Mary Beth Marshall joined the Board in 2021. She was formerly a litigation partner at Decker, Hardt in Dallas, Texas, and currently serves as Of Counsel to Safe Horizon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas in Austin, a juris doctorate as well as a master’s degree of liberal arts with a concentration in art history and philosophy from Southern Methodist University, and an associate’s degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu.

Mark C. Smith joined the Board in 2013. He is a Senior Vice President – Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. Mark currently serves on the Executive Board of the President’s Council at Fordham University and as Board Chair of the Bridgeport Field of Dreams Foundation. Politically, he was notably on the national finance committee for President Obama.
