NEW YORK – Safe Horizon, the nation’s largest victim services agency, announced Jeff Brodsky as its new board chair today.
Brodsky is a Senior Advisor at Morgan Stanley. In this role, he works directly with senior leaders and the Board of Directors on a range of employee-related matters, including succession planning, compensation, and diversity & inclusion. Additionally, he provides coaching to other leaders.
He has been on Safe Horizon’s board for a decade. In his time with the organization, Brodsky has provided important guidance and strong fund-raising support. He brings his many years of expertise and will offer guidance on ongoing HR issues, including Safe Horizon’s advocacy efforts to increase pay across the sector.
“Safe Horizon does life-saving work every day, and it has been my honor to help support that work,” Brodsky said. “I look forward to taking on an even more active role.”

Mike Slocum is the outgoing board chair. He is returning to the board after his three-year term as chair.
