Child Advocacy Center directors from coast to coast gathered in Omaha at Project Harmony in March 2013 to share innovation and best practice in child advocacy. This was the first meeting of this group of child welfare leaders and was coordinated by the National Children's Alliance in Washington DC. Safe Horizon’s Frankie Alvarez , Gena Diacomanolis, Naomi Barasch, and Nancy Arnow attended this first ever meeting of Urban Child Advocacy Center leaders, whose combined networks serve more than 275,000 children each year.
