February 15, 2011: The Dark Side of Chocolate Film Screening with the Anti-Trafficking Program

Join Safe Horizon's Anti-Trafficking Program staff for Dark Side of Chocolate, a documentary highlighting child labor trafficking in the cocoa industry, tracing the bitter origins of the world's favorite sweet indulgence. ATP staff will discuss the film as well as the program, and answer questions about child labor trafficking.

Safe Horizon's Anti-Trafficking Program Senior Director, Jennifer Dreher, co-chairs the Freedom Network USA's conference highlighting "The Future of Freedom: Shaping Tomorrow's Anti-Trafficking Movement." Staff from both the Anti-Trafficking Program and Streetwork will discuss human trafficking issues affecting children and adults, and how agencies dealing with trafficking can effectively respond to the needs of trafficked persons.
